** Student/Trainee: a delegate who is a student, resident or fellow. AMP membership is free for trainees (join here). A letter from the program director is required for trainees who are not AMP associate members and must be submitted at the time of registration.

Beware of scam emails and hotel solicitation fraud
Attendees may be targeted by fraudulent emails or phone calls claiming to represent the Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP), MCI Deutschland GmbH, or the event’s official housing providers (Hilton Tallinn Park). These scams often request personal information, payment details, or hotel reservation information.
Please only trust communications sent from official AMP and MCI email domains, including @amp.org, @wearemci.com, @hilton.com, and @eventclass.org. AMP and its official partners will never contact you through unauthorized third parties to book hotel accommodations or request sensitive information.
If you receive a suspicious message, do not respond, click any links, or provide personal or financial information. Report the communication to amp-europe@wearemci.com for verification.

For those unable to attend the full congress or looking for a flexible option, we are pleased to offer day tickets at an accessible price of 300,00 €.
This is a fantastic opportunity to participate in the day’s activities, attend sessions, and network with peers without committing to the full event duration.

Visa
If your nationality is listed under the following link, a visa is required to enter Estonia (http://visahq.com/). We recommend that you contact the competent authority at the place of your residence for official instructions on the specific visa requirements and application procedures that apply to you. It is the participant ‘s responsibility to apply for a visa if required.
Invitation letter
Please check in advance, whether you require an entry visa for Estonia according to your nationality. You will find this information e.g. HERE.
The visa invitation letter will only be sent to participants who have paid their registration fee. Please provide the following information by e-mail in order to receive your visa invitation letter:
- Full name
- Passport no.
- Expiry date
- Country of origin
- Date of birth
- Registration ID

Photography, audio, video and mobile phone policy
Audio, photo and video recordings by any device is strictly prohibited during all oral and poster presentations, unless prior permission is obtained from the congress organizer. The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during scientific sessions. Mobile phones must be switched off while attending the sessions.
